Refund policy


At Inner Saints, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it reaches you. To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, we offer exchanges or store credit only.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds.

  • Eligible orders may be exchanged for a different size, a different style, or store credit.

  • Exchange or store credit requests must be initiated within 7 working days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for an exchange or store credit.

  • Customers are requested to arrange the return shipment. If you're unable to do so, Inner Saints can coordinate the pickup on your behalf for a service fee of ₹249.

  • Once the returned item successfully passes our quality inspection, we will process your exchange or issue your store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

While every order undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please notify our team on the same day of delivery.

  • An uninterrupted unboxing/opening video recorded on the day of delivery is mandatory for us to investigate the issue.

  • Our team will carefully review the claim, and if approved, we will promptly arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit, as applicable.

  • Unfortunately, claims submitted without a valid opening video cannot be accepted.
