This policy applies to all regular online orders placed with Inner Saints. Sale items, discount‑event purchases (e.g. Black Friday), and any made‑to-order or custom orders are final sale — they are not eligible for exchange.
🔄 Exchange Policy (Regular Orders)
You may request an exchange if the product doesn’t fit as expected.
- Exchange window: within 7 days of delivery date.
- Eligibility for exchange:
- Product must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached.
- It must be returned in its original packaging / box.
- You must submit a valid proof of purchase (order invoice / receipt).
- If your desired size is out of stock:
- You can choose another product of equal value, or
- Opt for store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue..
📦 Shipping & Return Logistics
- For exchanges (unless the product is faulty or incorrect), exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged, preferably in the original packaging, to avoid damage during transit.
- Sale items, discount‑event (e.g. Black Friday) items, and made‑to-order products remain non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
⚠️ Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof We will assess the issue and — if verified — either exchange the item or provide store credit, as appropriate. Claims raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.
