• Always air-dry your clothes naturally. Hang or lay flat in shade to preserve shape and colour.  
• Skip high-heat tumble-drying; heat can cause shrinkage and wear.  

Mindful Handling & Prep  
• Zip up, button and flip garments inside-out before washing.  
• Treat stains carefully — avoid aggressive scrubbing or wringing to prevent fabric stress or damage.
